The CIO-Newsletter says there's a new "Austrian E-Government ABC Guide to Administrations on the Net" (pdf in English; pdf in German) which provides a "comprehensive overview of the E-Government approach of Austria and a description of recent developments". The guide "introduces the E-Government strategies and initiatives of the Austrian Government" and "gives insight into the fundamental principles to realise E-Government in Austria".
