Das Commission Staff Working Document zum Thema "eInclusion revisited: The Local Dimension of the Information Society" [SEC(2005)206] ist im pdf-Format online. Das Dokument folgt dem Bericht "e-Inclusion - The Information Society's potential for social inclusion in Europe" [SEC(2001)1428] von 2001 nach, "which presented a series of good practices, highlighted key aspects and proposed a number of recommendations".
