In an effort to avoid "re-inventing the wheel", e-Forum – the Forum for European e-Public Services – developed the Learning Journey, a practical process for identifying and exchanging expertise and best practice. Previously an IST project, now a not-for-profit association, e-Forum brings together interested parties active in the field of e-government in Europe, from both the private and public sectors, to learn from one another and share ideas to improve e-government services.
