Die Elektronische Zeitschriftenbibliothek (EZB) wurde für die "eEurope Awards for eGovernment" nominiert, und zwar in der Kategorie "service use". Die Gewinner werden im November 2005 auf der "Ministerial eGovernment Conference 2005" in Manchester präsentiert.
Unter den 52 Finalisten in vier Kategorien sind fünf Projekte aus Österreich:

ELAK im Bund: electronic file-system of the Austrian Federal Ministries

COURTPUB: electronic notice board of the courts – publication with legally binding force and services for citizens on the Internet

eAMA: agricultural eServices for farmers and businesses
