Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum ein riesiges Digitalisierungsprojekt in Angriff nehmen: "The digital technology project, expected to take a decade, involves the copying of 48 million pages of documents, 400,000 photos, 7.5 million feet of motion-picture film, 9,000 hours of audio recordings and 1,200 hours of video recordings, said Allan B. Goodrich, the library's chief archivist". Dabei handelt es sich um ein Pilotprojekt für alle Präsidentenbibliotheken - Carter, Hoover, Truman, Clinton, Johnson, Eisenhower, Roosevelt, Ford, Reagan, Bush senior.
